Yes. A name and a phone number are all we need for each guest. Invitations are delivered by SMS, so no email addresses are required.
No account and no app. The invitation arrives as a normal SMS on any phone. A guest with a smartphone opens the link to see their card and QR code; a guest without one is admitted using the card number in the message.
Yes. Send us your design and each guest's name, card number and QR code are placed on it. If you have no design yet, you can choose one of ours.
Both. A single card admits one person, a double admits two, and a family card admits the number you set. The dashboard and the final report show cards and people separately.
Yes. A family card is issued for a set number of people. They can arrive together or in groups, and the door team sees how many have entered and how many are still expected.
No. New names are added to the list and only those guests are sent cards and messages. Guests already invited are not messaged again.
Yes. Each guest can confirm from their card page whether they will attend, and the replies appear on the dashboard so catering and seating are planned on real numbers.
Yes. Guests can be reminded before the day and thanked after they attend, and contribution reminders can go to the people you choose. Which of these are included depends on your package.
A card admits only the number of people it was issued for. Once those people are checked in, the same code is refused at the door, so a forwarded card cannot bring in extra guests.
Tell us and we update the event. Each guest's card page shows the event's current details, and we can send your guests a message about the change.
Your own ushers, family or friends. They open a check-in link on their phones and scan, with no account to create. We can also support the door on the day.
A PDF report listing every card, how many people it admitted, the time of arrival and the totals for the event.
